Wesley was my brother and my oldest friend.
When I arrived in the Villages, from up north, I was excited to fulfill my dream of riding my motorcycle year round. Sadly, for me, the local group rejected
me saying that even though I rode a 650 Suzuki automatic & it was considered a “scooter”, by their standards. Many months later I hired Wesley to detail my car… the rest is history. His kindness was overwhelming as he invited me to join his group. In doing so, my life here in Florida began to flourish & still is 9 years later. Wesley, I know your smiling eyes will be watching over us as we travel the backroads of our beautiful central Florida. You have been such a loving, caring friend! I know my loss is God’s gain. And if anything needs polishing up there, you’re the guy for the job! Until we meet again dear Wesley, my loving memories of you will always be foremost in my mind.
'Wesley and Sarah have been my friends for nearly thirty years. I miss him already. Ride on old friend. I hope to ride with you again someday. You be the "Leader" I will be your "Tailgunner".

He didn’t know what a blessing it was the day Bill rhode into the Mobile gas station and asked if he could ride with the group that day many years ago. Of course Wesley said yes and we have been riding together ever since. It is such a wonderful biker family to belong to with Wesley as our leader. He would take us on such beautiful back roads and ending up at a wonderful restaurant for lunch. We will miss his laughter, his jokes, his smiles, his hugs and mostly his loving heart that he shared with all of us. Now we will be the ones to carry him in our hearts forever ❤️ Bill and Joyce
We met Wesley two weeks after moving to Florida in June 2016 - riding his Spyder thru Lake Sumpter Landing - we caught up with him in his favorite store The Purple Pig. Began riding with him and his friends that week and have enjoyed many rides and laughs with him. He loved to take you around the section multiple times to see if we figured it out! What a character! We will certainly miss him; but, he will be watching over us as we all continue to ride.
A good friend and great riding buddy. He knew all the great back roads.
He had a way of explaining things that were so off track that you never knew if he was pulling your leg or not!!! Will never forget him. He was a mentor to me as far as motorcycling was concerned. Kick stands up my brother. See you on the other side.
