My sweet, courageous Mother! So many fond memories, going back so as far as I can remember... I just loved being with her. She'd listen to John Gambling from WOR in New York while cooking dinner in our pink kitchen while I'd be crawling around on the floor playing with my cars. Watching "Queen for a Day" on TV in the afternoons, and in later years, watching The Mike Douglas Show, she was such great company! Now, I'll treasure the memory of our wonderful daily phone conversations in the weeks before she died. So many meaningful things said and yet to be said. But still my heart is full with love and admiration for her, and the love she gave all of us.
