Lora Dell Booth Forman's Obituary
Lora Dell Booth Forman, 94, of Leesburg, FL passed away May 12, 2019. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia, to Lawrence and Ada Booth on April 10, 1925.
She married William Marion Forman June 15, 1941, they were married for 67 years. They moved to Leesburg, FL, in 1973.
Lora was a member at West Side – Leesburg Christian Center and worked as the church secretary and organist. She was also a member and President of the Women’s Aglow in Leesburg.
She is survived by daughters, Jennifer Forman Lester (Kenneth) Sarasota, FL, Winifred Forman Dolce (Don) Dallas, Texas, Lynette Forman Chamberlin (Denny), son William Lawrence Foreman (Kim). Grandchildren, Ken Lester JR, Kimberly Olea, Dr. Donald Dolce JR, Kristin Mlakar, Emily Farnsworth, Andrew Chamberlin, Sarah Forman, Elizabeth Forman, William Forman. 10 ½ great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, William Marion Forman.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Page – Theus Funeral Home Chapel 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
