Aunt Honey you are always in my heart!
I met Karen a few weeks after I moved to the Villages 9 years ago. She was warm and friendly and immediately had me join the "yaya" sisters. She had me over for many of the Jewish holidays always warm and welcoming and a superb cook.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy, Karen will be so very much missed.
Rest in peace my friend.
Karen was the most loving and giving person I have ever known. She always opened her home to friends and ensured everyone had a place to go on holidays, including Thanksgiving and Passover.
She and her life partner, Scott hosted Pool Parties on July 4th and other special holidays as well.
Rest in Peace my dear friend and I know you will be the Angel to look down upon us.
My deepest sympathy to Scott, her daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her brother. You will be sorely missed.
Love you Karen,
Sheryl Kolessar
A "YaYa Sister"
