Dale was the funniest and sweetest man I have ever met. His quick wit and boyish smile warmed my heart everytime I saw him. After I moved into Pennbrooke Fairways, the Gilcrests moved in next to me. We became fast friends. Since I was a first-time homeowner with lots of questions, Dale patiently answered them. He was unfailingly helpful and informative. Dale was a great neighbor and a wonderful friend. I will miss him. My very deepest sympathies to Carol and to the family for their loss.
