One of the things I liked about Andrea was that she was so happy. I believe she was delighted to do what she was doing. Not only did she do an extraordinary job on pools, she cared about her customers. She would do anything at anytime for us. She was smiling every time she came to clean and service my pool. My dog Sophy would come running to the sliding glass door leading to the lanai, tail wagging hard, and when I let Sophy out, Andrea just hugged and loved on her. Andrea was upbeat and energetic and didn't give up on what she decided she would do. I had lived in my house for years and wished I could turn on the pool lights that never worked. Andrea took that as a challenge. She was climbing all over, in and out of the pool, and with great effort pulled out the light fixtures, which because of poor engineering only had about a foot of wire behind them, so she had to twist and contort herself to get to the light bulbs within. She drove to get some replacement light bulbs and put everything back carefully. It was tough work that most people would not have taken on. I had previously asked an electrician who wouldn't even try. She got all the lights working. When I put those lights on at night I always think of Andrea. I could go on and on. She came over as soon as possible if I called with a problem in the pool or the complicated equipment. She was really smart and along with so much experience, she was the best pool person that anyone could be lucky enough to have. I miss her so much.##imported-begin##Cheryl Beller##imported-end##
