Wyman Gene Lawrence's Obituary
Wyman Gene Lawrence passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the age of 66. He was born in Dothan, AL on June 12, 1947 to the late Lavoyd and Ethel Lawrence. Wyman had worked in the construction industry as a heavy equipment operator. Wyman was first a son, then a brother, a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a friend. He is survived by his two daughters; Yvonne (Robbie) Mullins of Okahumpka, and Yvette Smith with her fiancé’ Purdie Burkes of Tavares, and two brothers; Henry Beard of Lakeland, and Tim Lawrence of Punta Gorda. Wyman is also survived by six grandchildren; Wesley (Susan) Woolever of Leesburg, Matthew (Crissy) Woolever of Spring Hill, Sheena Woolever of Lady Lake, Amber (RJ) Bell of Fruitland Park, Autumn and Alisha Jackson of Leesburg, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Wyman was preceded in death by his parents, a great-grandson; Rodney L. Iiames Jr. and his loving wife; Christina L. Lawrence last November. Funeral services for Mr. Lawrence will be held on Tuesday, June 25th at 6:00 p.m. in the Page-Theus Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
