Wilma Welling's Obituary
Wilma Welling, 94, of Leesburg, FL passed on Friday, September 18, 2009. She was born in Grand Haven, MI in 1914. She and the family moved to Apopka, FL in 1954 where Clarence farmed on the Zellwood Mucklands. In 1976 they moved to Leesburg where she was a member of the Silver Lake golf Club, a housewife and was active in Christ United Church .She is survived by her daughter, Gabrielle Morningstar of Creswell, OR; son, Jack (Martha) Welling of Gainesville, FL; sister, Dorothy (Chuck) Purcell of Wyoming, MI; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Welling: son, Robert Welling; Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Assoc. 851 Outer Rd. Orlando, FL 32814 or to the charity of choice.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 30th at the Christ United Methodist Church of Leesburg with family receiving friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am; funeral services to begin at 11:00 am.
