William "Bill" Guss' Obituary
William “Bill” Guss age 88 passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 in Leesburg, Florida. He was born in Buffalo, New York and moved to the Leesburg area over 20 years ago from West Seneca, New York. Bill was a proud veteran of the U. S. Navy and served during WW II and Korea. He went on to have a 30+ career as a Furniture and Appliance Sales person before retiring to Florida. Those closest to him will always remember his bright and cheerful smile and his friendly disposition that allowed him to make friends easily. He had a love of motorcycles and loved being out on the open road. He was also longtime member of the Goldwing Riders Association. He enjoyed boating and most of all enjoyed spending time with his wife of 65 years Betty. He was pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Helen (Morsky) Guss and his sister – Lillian Daniels.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his Sister and Brother in law Dolores and Raymond Kracht of Leesburg. 3 Nieces – Cheryl Daniels of Siesta Key, FL; Debra Sheehan 0f Cape Coral; and Donna DeCato of Ft. A Private interment service is scheduled at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
