Violet M. Abrahams' Obituary
Violet M. Abrahams, 89, Lady Lake, Florida passed away on December 13, 2020 at her residence under the loving care of her daughter-in-law, Linda Hall. Violet was born on July 11, 1931 in Wharton, New Jersey to her parents, Elemer Allen and Anna Mae (Weaver) Allen. She was a former Jet Engine Parts Specialist in the Aerospace Industry and had worked for Howmett Corporation in Dover, New Jersey. Violet and her late husband Ira moved from Wharton, New Jersey 36 years ago to The Villages, Florida. She was of the Presbyterian faith. Violet was an avid golfer, a great cook, loved the warm weather and being retired. She is survived by her loving family, a daughter: Barbara Stalter of Belleview, FL; two grandchildren: Kenneth Stalter and his wife Amber and Wendy Rogers and her husband Rodney; two great-grandchildren: Justin Joseph Johnson and Brittanie Johnson and seven great great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at a later date at Hillcrest memorial Gardens, Leesburg, Florida. In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to the Dementia Society of America at www.dementiasociety.org/donate in Violet’s loving memory.
