With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Theresa Packnett Kelly, of Leesburg, FL Thursday, December 18th, 2025.
Her family will be welcoming friends to a memorial service January 12th at Page Theus Funeral Home before she will be rejoined with her late husband, Thomas Joseph Kelly, at Florida National Cemetery.
