I had the pleasure and honor of working with Steve for a number of years while he supported the US Army Recruiting Command's Mission. Steve loved working with our Soldiers and always put forth his effort to ensure the Soldiers had the tools to accomplish the mission.

My husband and I met Steve when he was going to college at Ohio State. He shared an apartment with a good friend of ours. We all had so much fun together during those college days. Steve was always the life of the party. It was perfect when Steve transferred to Cincinnati. Ryan was born six months after our second daughter. We raised our families together. We shared all of our good and sad times together. Steve was part of our family and always will be. Whenever our college day friends get together our “Steve” stories will keep us laughing. I’m so thankful for these good memories. We love and miss you Steve.
Bobbi sent me the notice. Knew Steve in High School, but not closely. Knew him as an avid tennis player. However, about 30 years ago I bumped into Steve coming out of Tri-County mall in Cincinnati. Must have been when he lived in Glendale. I believe he worked for Batesville Casket Co. Unfortunately, I never saw him again.

I shared the sad news of Steve's death with a Facebook page for Steve's High School Class, 1964, New Albany Senior High School. Steve was well known and liked in High School. I saw him at a class gathering in 2018. He was my first boyfriend and gave me my first kiss. We used to compete in grade school to see who could finish their artihmetic problems first. Sending his family condolences and love during this hard time.
