Stanley C. Zipperer, 73, Crystal River, Fl went to be with the Lord on March 28, 2013 under the loving care of family and H.P.H. Hospice Staff in Lecanto, Fl. Mr. Zipperer was born on June 18, 1939 in Leesburg, Fl to his parents Glynn and Eulaine Zipperer. He was a Store Manager for Marion Tire and Battery both in Ocala and Crystal River, Fl. He was a lifelong resident of Leesburg, Florida till moving to Crystal River in 2005. Mr. Zipperer was a Veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps and a faithful member of the West Citrus Church of Christ in Crystal River, Fl. He is survived by his loving wife: Cyndy Zipperer of Crystal River, Fl; three sons: Christopher (Audrey) Zipperer, Randy (Deb) Zipperer both of Leesburg, Fl and Richard Lee (Susie) Hodge of Rancho Cucumonga, Ca; three daughters: Connie (Rob) Robbins of Fruitland Park, FL, Sheila (Metro) Duke of Cocoa, Fl and Cynthia (Jeffrey) Hurlbert of El Cajon, Ca; a brother: Butch Zipperer of Leesburg, Fl; two sisters: Yvonne Ruser of Fruitland Park, FL and Freida Shaulis of Belleview, Fl; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Glynn and Eulaine Zipperer, an infant son Stanley C. Zipperer, Jr. and brothers Ewell, Tommy and Roger. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11:00AM at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Fl. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Lone Oak Cemetery, Leesburg, Fl.
