Ruth M. Felton's Obituary
Ruth Marion (Darling) Felton (1929-2017) passed away December 13, 2017 in Leesburg, Florida of natural causes. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother is survived by her husband Robert of 69 years and three children, Thomas (Linda), Ann Darling (Don) and Jane Florence (Dave), 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Curtis Darling and 2 sisters, Lyla (Darling) Alberts and Karen (Darling) Amsdill and many special nieces and nephews. Ruth loved her family and was always hopeful with a positive outlook for the future. She was a devout Christian and lived the Christian life of sharing the Lord with others. She was loving and kind to all. She loved to swim, walk, travel, go on picnics, laugh & learn. Ruth was born on a farm in Shawano, Wisconsin to Lloyd and Amalia (Eul) Darling. She had 11 brothers and sisters. She moved to Green Bay after High School where she met and married Robert Felton. She spent 67 years of making her home in Green Bay before moving to Florida to be near her son Thomas in 2015. Always a Packer Fan, she will be remembered as being a very special person and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
