Russell Joseph Kaminsky's Obituary
Russell Joseph Kaminsky, 87, went to be with our Lord Friday, June 21st, 2024.
Born in Trenton, NJ to his parents Joseph and Ann Kaminsky, Russell would proudly serve in the United States Navy in New Jersey before moving to Florida. He would thereafter call his home Sorrento FL. He would also marry the love of his life, Joyce, and the two would start a family.
Russell enjoyed movies, classic car shows and riding his motorcycle. As a religious man, he served as an usher at the Sorrento Christian Center. He took much pride in maintaining his lawn and was a known “handyman”, a quality not so commonly found nowadays.
Above all else though, Russell was a family man. Regardless of the occasion, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Russell is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; his children, Robert, Karen, Sueann, Dawn, Brittany; his sister, Karen; and lots and lots of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even a great-great grandchild.
Russell is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Ann, his son, Russell Joseph Jr, his daughter, Mary Ann and his dog, Roxy.
