Richard G. Pulaski's Obituary
Richard G. Pulaski age 81, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 in Leesburg, Florida. Richard was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts and moved to the Leesburg (Plantation) area in 1997 from Westfield, New Jersey. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Leesburg, and was a Korean War Veteran of the U. S. Army. Those closest to Richard will remember him for his charming, outgoing personality, sense of humor and his love of laughter. He had the ability to talk to anyone and never met a stranger. Richard loved to read and enjoyed spending time on the golf course with friends. Richard also treasured old movies, music from the 1940’s and was an avid college football and basketball fan, but the center of his life was always his family.
He leaves behind his loving wife of nearly 50 years – Dolores; Daughter – Karen (C. T.) Welch – of Ocala, Florida; a son – Gregory Pulaski of Ocala; brother – Gregory F. Pulaski of Queensbury, NY; four grandchildren – Cody, Hannah, Zack and Shelby and four great-grandchildren - Eden, Elijah, Weston and Emma Jean.
Graveside funeral service honoring Richard’s life is planned for 10:00 AM – Monday, January 16, 2017 at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell, Florida with honors presented by the U. S. Army. Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services has been entrusted with all arrangements.
