We met Richard a few years ago and loved him dearly! He was a great person to be around, very knowledgeable, great personality and always pleasant to be with! We will miss him! Our deepest and sincere sympathy to Donald, Carol. Paul and entire family!!
We first met Richard in January 2014. He was going to build the boat of our dreams. He let us know when each step of the process was going to be done and even sent us pics. We went down a few times to watch some of the processes and took some pics. Richard always made us feel like we were all that mattered. He was funny; he was very caring; and very proud too, with good reason! In August, we went to pick up our new boat. We spent the day with Donald & the Crew and had an awesome day! To our surprise, Richard even came to help us celebrate. That just made our day perfect! I just loved him and John loved to talk to him. They invited us to the 2016 dealer event. We went and had a blast! Richard always asked us to stay an extra day to go fishing/crabbing. We consider them as our extended family. Donald, Paul, Carol, & Family: You are in our thoughts and prayers. We love you.

Your father was a loving friend and father. He was the hardest working man that I have ever known. So many years of fun boating trips, holiday dinners and great memories. We first met Richard in January 2014. Salty Boats was going to build the fishing boat of our dreams - 18 foot Stumpnocker! Richard was a very special person. He kept us up -to-date with each step of the process. When we went down to see the work in progress and take pics a few times, Richard always made us feel like Family, and like we were the only people who mattered. I just loved Richard and John loved talking with him. He was funny; he was caring. In August, when we went to test drive our new boat to take home, Richard was there to join us in our celebration. He holds a special place in our hearts and always will. Richard & Donald invited us to the dealer event in 2016. We went and had a blast! He wanted us to stay so we could go fishing/crabbing the next day. I sure wish we had. In our hearts, Richard, Donald, & Paul are extended members of our family.
