Raymond “Buddy” Hertzfeld, of Bushnell, FL, passed away on January 12th, 2026.
Buddy was born in Lansing, MI to his parents, Raymond Francis Hertzfeld and Jeanette Helen Komaromi. At a young age, the family would move down to Lady Lake, FL where Buddy would call home for his life.
He was well known by his family and friends as a handy man. Whether working as an automotive mechanic or in wood working, Buddy was the man for the job. He also enjoyed his spare time outdoors, driving mud trucks or 4-wheelers.
Buddy was preceded in death by both his parents Raymond Francis Hertzfeld II and Jeanette Helen Hertzfeld
Buddy is survived by his children, Jeanette Renee (Sugar) (husband, Jay), Bruce (wife, Jordon), and Raymond Francis Hertzfeld III. (Bubba); his grandchildren, RJ, Daxlee, Sisilee and Naomi; his sisters, Wendie (husband, Terry), Brenda (husband, Mark), Cheryl (husband, Rodney), Shelly (husband, John), Rachelle (husband, Tom); his brother Tom (wife, Tori); his uncles, Mitch (wife, Susan), Mike, George; his aunt, Carol; his nieces, Kimberly and Kaitlyn; and many cousins, nieces and nephews and Loved by many friends!
