Paul Stanley Smigel's Obituary
Paul Stanley Smigel, 87, of Leesburg FL. passed away on April 1, 2026.
Born in Detroit, MI. to Frank and Helen Smigel on October 5, 1938, Paul graduated from Leesburg High School and later from Wayne State University in Detroit.
He worked at McGraw Hill Publishing and after leaving the corporate scenario, he opened a business called Classic Corvette Connection, where he restored classic cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his older brother Jim Smigel and two stepchildren, Kendall and Kevin Carbonette.
Paul is survived by his wife Charlene Smigel, children Julie Staton, Michael Smigel. Robert C. Smigel Sr. and Paul David Smigel.
Paul is also survived by his sister Connie Bernt, brother Michael A. Smigel, and 6 grandchildren
