Nancy Lynn (Grindle) Lindsay's Obituary
Nancy Lynn (Grindle) Lindsay, 63, of Leesburg, Florida and formerly of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on August 8, 2016. She was born on October 31, 1952 in Terre Haute. Nancy was a 1970 graduate of Garfield High School and worked at Columbia House, formerly CBS, for 30 years and finished her career at CTB McGraw-Hill. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Forrest William Lindsay III, her parents Estel and Lois (Flagg) Grindle, three daughters Tricia Clark, Lucinda Harris and husband (Mark Crum) and Amanda (Chris) Gilbert, seven grandchildren Kyle Gilbert, Allyson Gilbert, Kariya Harris, Gavan Crum, Dylan Crum, Marissa Crum and Mitchell Crum, three sisters Janice (Mike) Crowley, Adina Hydrick and Diana (Jim) Elliott, her mother-in-law Geraldine Lindsay, her sister-in-law Sharon Koester, several nieces and nephews and multiple extended family members and special friends. Nancy retired to Arlington Ridge, Leesburg, Florida in 2015 where she enjoyed socializing with her friends and visiting Walt Disney World. A celebration of life will take place in Terre Haute at the Marine Corps League, 3006 N. 16th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804 on September 10th from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in Nancy's memory to the Susan G.
