Minnie Ruth Sorensen's Obituary
Minnie Ruth Sorensen, 85, of Chiefland, FL, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2022. Minnie was born in Savannah, TN on January 8, 1937, to her loving parents, Charles and Mary (Polk) Tucker.
Although she was born in Tennessee, Minnie raised her family in Louisiana and eventually moved to Clearwater, FL in 1986. Minnie was of the Protestant faith; she was an avid reader of her bible as well as many other novels including mysteries. Minnie was a proud and devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her beloved family.
Minnie is survived by two sons: Chris and his wife Kim of Chiefland, FL, and Butch of Largo, FL. She is also survived by two brothers: Travis and Edward, three sisters: Fran, Wilma, and Betty, as well as her precious grandchildren: Dylan, Christopher, and Brandon.
Minnie was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
