Michael Craig Smith Michael Craig Smith age 45 passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Ocala Regional Medical Center. Michael was born in Elkhart, Indiana and moved to the Ocala area in 2001 from Walton County, Florida. He was employed as a mechanic and heavy equipment operator in the road construction industry. He often attended the Four Square Church of Ocala. He was a fan of NASCAR, enjoyed fishing, animals and hotrods. He is survived by: His Father- Robert Craig Smith – Wildwood, FL; Mother – Linda (Bill) Thoroman – Anthony, FLPaternal Grandmother- Patricia Beech-Arneke – Mt. Dora, FL; 2 Daughters – Crystal Gorton & Patricia McGinnis both of Ocala; 3 Sisters – Tammy Wiley – Ocala, FL; Robin (Jeremiah) Shepard – Ludowici, GA; and Patricia Stepinsky – Smith – Ocala, FL; and a granddaughter – Shellina Hamilton – Ft.
