Marj Waggy
I only knew Edna for a brief time and unfortunately she was already quite ill. And although the time I spent with her was short, the impression this beautiful lady with the longest lashes I have ever seen, quit wit and warm heart, made a very long and lifetime lasting impression on me! I will always treasure the memories of lying next to her laughing at times as she shared stories of Cindy's childhood, her life as a younger woman, and her loves of certain foods, activities, her german shepard, and old westerns. We also shed a few tears, mostly myself but she at times as well, as we talked about loss, her Faith, her unconditional love and appreciation for her daughter Cindy! Her eyes would light up every time Cindy would walk in the room.
Thank you Cindy for including me in your life as a friend and giving me the privilege of also being able to share in the personal memory of your special mom! R.I.P. Edna! I think of you every time I see red roses ...
Sending hugs, Marj
