Marjorie G. Kinton Ashbaugh's Obituary
Marjorie G. Kinton Ashbaugh age 75 passed away early Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Tuscany Hospice House in Summerfield, Florida after an extended illness. Marjorie was born in Hopeville, Virginia and moved to the Weirsdale area over 30 years ago from Umatilla. She spent her working years as an engineer for General Electric and NASA. She was a devoted wife and mother and was happiest spending time in her green house with her plants, and riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years – Dana; Son – Terry Ashbaugh of Fruitland Park; Daughters – Kathy (Jimmy) Michaud of St. Petersburg; Marie (Bernard) Hilgenberg of Oviedo; Robin (Larry) Sprow of New Port Richie and Kristy (Ted) Myers of Ft. Collins, Colorado; A brother – Rhondell (Karen) Rutland of Richmond, Virginia; and Sisters – Frances (Gill) Marston of Dinwiddie, Virginia; and Bonnie (Tom) Bates of Farmville, Virginia; and 9 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
The family will gather with friends at the Page-Theus Funeral Home- 914 West Main Street, Leesburg, Florida on Saturday January 31, 2015 from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M.
