Friday, November 25, 2016. She was a born July 23, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan.
She was a homemaker and of the Episcopal faith.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Harvey Howell, September, 24, 2013 and is survived by a niece, Nancy Regan, Springfield, Pennsylvania.
