Louis R. Cipro's Obituary
Louis R. Cipro, 92, Leesburg, Florida, went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2013 under the care of family and Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares, Florida. Mr. Cipro was born on January 28, 1921 in Worcester, Massachusetts to his parents Sabastion and Anna Cipro. He was a Store Manager for Tom McCann Shoe Store for several years. He and his wife moved to Leesburg 31 years ago from East Greenbush, New York. Mr. Cipro was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army and was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church of Leesburg, FL. He enjoyed yard work, long walks and always took pride in working hard at any projects he did.
He is survived by two daughters: Donna J. (Douglas)Vitus of Amsterdam, NY and Mary Miano (Patrick Tomaselli) of Averill Park, NY; a brother: Henry Cipro of Worcester, Mass.; four grandchildren: Tom Jr., Donald, Nicole and Jennifer; five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Cipro was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years Roselle Cipro.
A Mass of Resurrection will be on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 8:30AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Leesburg, FL, with a Visitation on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 914 West Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748.
