Lois L. Swedenburg's Obituary
Lois L. Swedenburg, age 72, of Leesburg, Florida passed away on October 6, 2014. She was born to her parents William and Edith Anderson on December 15, 1940 in Creston, Iowa. Lois moved to Leesburg, FL from the Midwest in 1990. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg, FL. Lois was in a domino club here in Leesburg and enjoyed photography, reading, taking her Chihuahua “Chico” to the Dog Park, and most of all volunteering in her church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 20 years, Gary L. Swedenburg. Lois is survived by her Daughter: Robin (Juan Carlos) Carvajal of Montverde, FL, Sons: Quint (Lorie) Swedenburg of Sauk Centre, Minnesota and Rodger (Melinda J.) Swedenburg of Amissville, Virginia, Sister: Joan (Don) Shriver of Merriam, Kansas and Grandchildren: Rochelle, Anthony (Becky), Nathan, Elizabeth, Lauren, Tyler, Tatianna, Katherine, and Brian. A memorial service for Mrs. Swedenburg will be held at Page-Theus Funeral Home on October 12, 2014 at 4:00pm. Directly following the service the family invites you to join them for food and fellowship at Page-Theus Funeral Home until 6:30.
