Linda Howes Moore's Obituary
Linda Howes Moore, aged 69, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 in Wildwood, Florida. She was born in Ocala, Florida to James B. Howes and Audrey L. Geiger. She moved to the Leesburg area at the age of 5 with her mother and stepfather, Neil E. Vibber, where she spent the rest of her life. She was an Alumni of Leesburg High School Class of 1960 and was a long time member of Main Street Baptist Church and later First Baptist Church of Leesburg. She spent her career working for area companies such as United Telephone of Florida, Florida Crushed Stone, and Advanced OBGYN. She also worked as a Realtor for Paulling – O’Kelley Brokerage Inc. She was a skilled artist and enjoyed many different crafts. She loved nature, spending time outdoors, going to the beach, mountains and taking pictures. She will be most remembered for her deep love of family. She is survived by her husband of 19 years – Dan Moore, her son - Roger A. Fairbanks, Wildwood, FL; her daughter - Sheila (Joe) LaFleur, Leesburg; Sisters – Joy (Billy) Burleigh, Fruitland Park; Janice (Joe) Nisbett, Orlando; Brothers – Steve (Sally) Vibber, Lady Lake; Josh (Cathy) Vibber, Weirsdale; Jim Vibber, Eustis; Sam Vibber, Ocala and Bert Vibber, Fruitland Park; and 3 grandchildren – Westley, Jaclyn, and Kyle Bryson. There will be a celebration of her life at 10 A. M. Saturday, August 25,2012 at Page Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Florida with Rev.
