Karen L. Zaher, 64, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2020 at her home. Karen was born on October 4, 1955 to her parents Norman and Jannette Forest. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse in the OB/GYN Health Care Industry. Karen moved to Leesburg 2 ½ years ago from Chelmsford, Massachusetts. She is survived by her loving family, a son: Christopher Zaher of Chelmsford, MA; a daughter: Melissa Stevenson and her husband William Stevenson of Meredith, NH; her parents: Norman and Jannette Forest of Leesburg, FL; two sisters: Dee Barratt and her husband Curt of Palisade, CO and Julie Gyles and her husband Bob of Shirley, MA; Two brothers: Kenneth Forest and his wife Diane of Chelmsford, MA and Thomas Forest of Chelmsford, MA; four loving grandchildren: Troy, Brandon, Dominic and Miranda. Services have been entrusted to Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, FL. There will be a celebration of life service in Massachusetts at a later date.
