Joyce Madeline Evans' Obituary
Joyce Madeline Evans of Groveland, Florida passed away on January 4, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on June 15, 1940, in Brooklyn, New York, to Sydney and Shirley Rykoff.
Joyce spent much of her professional life working at Allstate, where she was known for her dedication and reliability. She was a devoted mother and family member who took great pride in her loved ones.
She is survived by her two sons: John Hoffman (Christina) and Richard Hoffman (Laura) and Joyce’s beloved granddaughter Shannon. Joyce found great joy in her family and cherished the time she spent with them.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Harry G Evans.
Joyce also had a lifelong love of animals, a passion that reflected her kind and compassionate nature. She will be remembered for her warmth, her commitment to her family, and her gentle care for all living things.
