Joseph Allan McCoy's Obituary
Joseph Allan McCoy, 51, passed away peacefully at UF Health Leesburg Hospital on March 28, 2023. Joseph was born on June 23, 1971 in Orlando, FL to his loving parents; Bobby and Edith McCoy.
Joseph was a Christian and Florida Native through and through. He worked as a coach driver for many years and taught Sunday school at the church where he grew up in Taft. He was a intelligent man and always learning about technology by taking things apart and putting them back together again. He loved tinkering with gadgets and was a good handyman. He loved country music and was passionate about his country.
Joseph is survived by his life long partner; Katherine McCoy, with whom he shared a close and trusting relationship, as they had known eachother since they were teenagers. He is also survived by a daughter; Breanna Swadley and her husband Shawn as well as a granddaughter; Robin, and a sister; Marjorie McCoy.
