Joseph Levy's Obituary
Joseph Levy passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at the age of 87. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the late Meyer and Rose Levy. After graduating from Lincoln High School Joseph entered service in the U.S. Army where he served heroically in the Normandy Invasion, landing at Omaha Beach, and six other campaigns earning a Silver Star. He was a devoted son, father, grand father, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his two sons, Lonnie and Shellie Levy and Barry Levy, three grandchildren and their spouses, and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service for Joseph will be held on Monday, September 7, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.Page-Theus Funeral Home
