John Lobasso's Obituary
John Lobasso, Jr. age 73 passed away Friday, June 28, 2013 in Leesburg, Florida. Mr. Lobasso was born in Italy and immigrated to the United States with his family as a young child. He grew up in New York City and for many years he worked as a Bellman in some of the city’s largest hotels. He later went on to work as a longshoreman. He also found great satisfaction while spending time with his family and especially spending “pool time” with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his wife Doris and children Joseph, Kathy, and Michael. He is survived by his loving Chihuahua companion – Ziggy; and his daughter-in-law Debra who helped provide for his care; Children – Kevin - Palm Beach, FL; Colleen, Deborah, and Theresa Mc-Cort all of NJ; and numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in John’s memory to:
