John A. Bolton's Obituary
John A. Bolton, 93, of Leesburg,FL, passed away on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025.
John was born in Flint, Michigan to his parents Vernon and Gayle Bolton. At a young age, he would go on to proudly serve his country by joining the United Sates Navy. His time in the Navy was spent on the U.S.S. Daly (Destroyer) serving his country during the Korean War. After his time in the military, he would return home and start his life long career as a tool and die maker.
In 1974, John married the love of his life, Beatrice, and the two would go on to spend the next 51 years together and would raise two children, Jonathan and Sabrina. In 2005, both he and Beatrice would move from South Florida to central Florida and retire.
As a devout catholic, John was a member of St Paul Catholic Church of Leesburg, FL. He enjoyed model trains, the beach and, with Beatrice by his side, traveled the world. He was also a known Gators fan.
John is survived by his loving wife, Beatrice Bolton; his two children, Jonathan Bolton (Kim) of Royal Palm Beach, FL and Sabrina Bayle (Lucas) of Leesburg, FL; his brother, Charles Bolton (Amelia) of Hoschton, Ga; as well as two grandchildren, Brianna and Benjamin Bayle.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in John’s name be made to your local Humane Society.
