Joan E. Roberson's Obituary
Joan E. Roberson, 71, Leesburg, FL, went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2013 under the care of her loving family in Leesburg, FL. Mrs. Roberson was born on June 14, 1942 in Reading, Pennsylvania to her parents John and Catherine Linkchorst. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family and friends. Mrs. Roberson moved to Leesburg 25 years ago from Fort Walton Beach, FL and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed playing bingo and slot machines for fun. She is survived by her loving son’s: Stanley Flis and Tim Bageard both of Leesburg, FL; a brother-in-law: Robert Turner, Sr. of Tulsa, OK; a nephew: Robert Turner, Jr. of Long Beach, CA; three nieces: Julie McNew of McDonough, GA, Cheryl Lane of Bristow, OK and Terry Zamminer of Largo, FL and several grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Scott Flis and her husband Joe Roberson. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 5:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, FL.
