Our fishing trips with Jesse, Carol, and Quintin were momentous! SO MUCH FUN! Jesse's happy attitude was contagious (even with boat motor issues or occasional empty hooks) and his witty comments kept us laughing. No matter what happened, Jesse didn't let things get him down - he just found an upbeat solution. Our world is emptier without you here, Jesse, and we will miss you more than these words can say.

Jesse is my Dad, my Hero, My Friend. The strongest man I know. He was the kind of man that believed a handshake and a mans word meant something. He had a passion for fishing and loved his family more than anything in the world. I miss him deeply. I Love You Daddy. Until we meet again. Forever in my heart. ❤️

He was my dad for 13 years. He taught me how to fish as a child and I really enjoy the camping trips in the summer time. We would spend all day long crabbing and fishing in Crystal River. He always had lots of friends around him and he always had a joke or two to tell. I think that’s where I got my joking from. Jesse Phillips you will be loved and missed by many family and friends. You will always hold a special place in my hart and I will never forget you. Love you always Jimmy.😢🙏❤️
