Jerry Ray Page's Obituary
Jerry Page, 77, died unexpectedly November 8, 2022, at his home in Leesburg, Florida. He was born January 30, 1945, in Lexington, Kentucky, the son of Claud Page and Mary McMahan Page.
Jerry graduated from Henry Clay High School, class of 1963. He had a successful career at IBM where he was employed for 31 years as a maintenance engineer. Upon retirement he went on to a work at DC Elevator servicing the Kentucky coal mines.
Jerry was a loving and supporting husband, son in-law, father, father in-law, and grandfather. He was loved by all who met him. He was an avid golfer and a big fan of University of Kentucky basketball and football teams.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Page. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of fifty-four years, Teresa (Moynahan) Page; his two daughters, Stacy (Page) Serad and her husband Bill, and Amy Alford; and three grandchildren, Shelby Serad, Ashley Serad and Will Serad; one brother, Steven Page; and his sister in-law and bother in-law, Penny (Moynahan) Browning and Robert Browning; and many nieces and nephews.
Jerry was an active member of the Frist Baptist Church in Leesburg, FL.
A service of remembrance will be held at 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13 at Page-Theus Funeral Home in Leesburg, Florida. Those who wish to remember Jerry in a special way may make gifts in his memory to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
