To Sherry and family,

I have just received the news of Jim's death and I'm sitting here feeling quite stunned! Sherry, I'm so sorry for your loss and I wish I could be there for you.......I'm glad the children will be of comfort to you. I'm feeling very thankful to have had the opportunity to be with you and Jim for an evening in FL back in January. Sherry, I was so pleased you and I could renew our lifelong friendship and it was such a pleasure to get to know Jim better that evening ........what a delightful and special couple you two were! I know there are no words right now that will truly comfort you but it is my prayer that you will feel the presence of the one True Comforter about whom you and I were taught since our childhood.
