James William McMenamin's Obituary
James William McMenamin, 92, Clermont, Florida went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2020 at Superior Residence of Clermont. James was born on August 29, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio to his parents Thomas and Mary McMenamin. He and his wife Sylvia moved to Clermont from Sterling, Virginia in 2003. James was a proud U. S. Army Air Force Veteran serving during World War II. He was of the Christian faith. James retired from T.W.A. after 20 years of service and had worked as a Trainor and as a Mechanic. He also worked for Eastern Airlines as a Mechanic prior to working for T.W.A. James was an extremely talented welder, who had created many unique useful tools and equipment. He built his own airplane and automobile. Jim was a motorcycle Stuntman and belonged to The Pennsylvania Motorcycle Polo Club. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years: Sylvia McMenamin of Clermont, FL; four daughters: Joan Elizabeth McMenamin of Aurora, CO, Jamie McMenamin of Fate, TX, Kelly Bisaga and her husband Michael of Wildwood, MO and Susan McMenamin of Sterling, VA; a son: Russell Thomason and his wife Barbara of Berryville, VA; a brother and sister: Patrick and Mary both of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren: Stephen, Kathleen, Grace and Bradley and two great-grandchildren: Zoey and John. Graveside Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 11:00AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg, Florida. Services have been entrusted to Page-Theus funeral home, Leesburg, Fl.
