James Nelson Keyse's Obituary
James Nelson Keyse, 82, of The Villages, Florida passed away peacefully at his residence on September 9, 2020. James was born on February 4, 1938 in Painesville, Ohio to his parents Frank Leslie Keyse and Thelma Elizabeth (Sowers) Keyse. He was raised in Madison, Ohio, graduated from The Ohio State University and was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. Jim worked for the Boeing Company for 10 years during which time he designed part of the Saturn V Rocket for the voyages to the moon. He was a retired Automotive Engineer for Ford Motor Company with over 27 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years: Martha Keyse of The Villages, FL; two sons: Brian Keyse of Farmington Hills, Michigan and Darin Keyse and his wife Gretchen of Montgomery, Texas; a sister: Barbara Rockow of Phoenix, Arizona; 2 loving grandchildren: Jordyn and Brandyn; and 2 nephews and 1 niece. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for James will be held later in Ohio. Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.pagetheus.com.
