Jack E. Wright's Obituary
Jack E. Wright, 84, Clermont, Florida went to be with the Lord on November 21, 2013 under the loving care of his family and staff of Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, FL. Jack was born on September 1, 1929 in Barberton, Ohio to his parents Eldin and Katherine Wright. Jack was a retired Police Officer for the City of Akron, Ohio and was a life member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He and his wife moved to Clermont in 1983 from Akron, Ohio and attended the First Baptist Church of Leesburg. He was a Korean War Veteran who had served in the U.S. Army and while in the Army served proudly serving in Counter Intelligence Corps during his time in the Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Marie Wright of Clermont, FL; two sons: Dennis (Peggy) Wright of Long Beach, CA and Dale (Sandy) Wright of Tampa, FL; a daughter: Carolyn (Bob) Kirkpatrick of Clermont, FL; a sister: Juanita Isbell of Fort Myers, FL; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as two grandsons, Dale Wright, Jr. and Dennis Wright, Jr., and a great granddaughter Christa Marie Wright. A Public Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg Chapel with a Funeral Service to be held on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 2:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg Chapel.
