Jack Johnston, born August 8, 1929, passed peacefully into eternal life with his family by his side. Jack was born in St. Ignace, Michigan, the son of the late Irene Goff. Hospice had been his in-home caregiver for a month. After Read Obituary
I was a student of Mr. Johnston’s at NCCS in the early 1980s. His dedication to his craft and his students was second to none. His love of history and this country was inspirational and is the reason I have proudly served as a US Government employee for 27 years. Thank you Mr. Johnston. You made a difference. CAVU.

I would like to offer my sympathy to Mr. Johnson's family. Mr. Johnson was one of my teachers at Northeastern Clinton. He was a great teacher and always available to help students with academics or anything else. His dedication, engaging discussions and sense of humor is one of the reasons I became a Social Studies teacher myself.
