Irving R. Gambee's Obituary
Irving R. Gambee, 85, Leesburg, FL went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2012 in his home under the loving care of his wife and Cornerstone Hospice. Mr. Gambee was a Master Electrician for the Westinghouse Corporation with over 37 years of service. He and his wife moved to Leesburg in 2000 from Ocala, Florida. He was of the Christian faith and a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Lorna M. Gambee of Leesburg, Florida; three step-daughters: Annette Green-MacRae, Debra Green and Valerie Green; a sister: MaryJoyce Langdon of Alden, NY; four step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; a niece: Carol Marie Bentz; Nephews: Mark Irving Langdon, Allen (Kim) Matthews and Tom Matthews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2:00pm at Page-Theus Funeral Home, 914 West Main Street, Leesburg, FL, 34748.
