Irene Elizabeth Wise's Obituary
Irene Elizabeth Wise, born on March 15, 1941, in Kerkade, Holland, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2025. Irene moved to Lake County Florida in 1979 from Wisconsin, where she built a life filled with love and cherished memories.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Karl-Heinz and Franziska Lederer, one brother, two sisters, and her devoted husband of 44 years, Richard, who passed away in 2021.
Irene is survived by her loving children: Klaus (Beate), Brad (Cheryl), Becky (Don), and Brian (Neva). She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and was blessed with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Irene worked as a restaurant manager at the Lakes of Lady Lake Golf Club, where she was known for her dedication and warm hospitality. She had a passion for cooking and found great joy in preparing meals for her family and friends, creating countless treasured moments around the dinner table.
Her legacy of love, kindness, and culinary delights will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Irene's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
The family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date.
