Imogene Bisbee's Obituary
Imogene 'Jo' Bisbee passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2011 at the age of 83. She was born on December 10, 1927 in Johnson City, TN to the late Robert and Okla Garland. A graveside memorial service is planned for sometime in the spring on 2012 at the Waitsfield Common Cemetery in Vermont.
