Harvey J. Gaunt, III's Obituary
Harvey J. Gaunt, III, 67, Palmetto, Fl. passed away on August 19, 2012 in Palmetto, Fl. Mr. Gaunt was born on November 11, 1944 in Haddonfield, New Jersey to his parents Harvey J. Gaunt, Jr. and Mary Dorothy Gaunt. He was the Owner and Operator of Dorje Graphics of Palmetto, Fl. since 1984. Harvey was instrumental in saving the Green Bridge Fishing Pier in Palmetto, Fl. and started the Save Green Bridge Club. Harvey was an Artist in the pen and ink medium mostly drawing wildlife scenes; he was also a master framer and worked in silkscreen. Mr. Gaunt provided much artwork to the Florida Fishing College .He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a spiritualist in his beliefs. He was an aircraft pilot, airplane mechanic and an auto mechanic. He is survived by his life partner Deborah McDonough of St. Petersburg, Fl.; a step-father: Albert Coringrato of Palmetto, Fl.; two brothers: Albie Coringrato and Anthony Coringrato both of Tampa, Fl.; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto, Florida.
