Glenn John Erb's Obituary
Glenn John Erb, 93, of Wildwood, FL passed on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
Born March 5, 1932 in Sun Prairie, WI to John and Alet Erb, Glenn later relocated to Florida. In his youth, Glenn spent four years in the book binding department at the JW Bethel Headquarters in New York City. He enjoyed the countless hours he spent serving there, knowing the valuable messages contained in those countless books would be distributed all over the world.
Glenn was also a business man, owning and operating his own carpet and tile installation company for many years in the Wisconsin area. After his time in Wisconsin he later moved to Florida where he married his wife Deborah Winchell on August 31, 1996.
Glenn will be remembered for many things. His strong will, determined mind, and strong faith gave him hope that one day he would be resurrected into a new paradise.
Glenn had a great love of nature, whether he was fishing, hunting or camping he enjoyed every minute.
Glenn is survived by his loving and supportive wife of 29 years Deborah Erb; his brother Russell E. Erb of San Diego CA .; daughter Brenda (John) Sowinski of Rhinelander, WI. and stepson Chet Hubbard of Wildwood FL.; grandchildren: Emily Sowinski of Charleston, MO, Macy Sowinski of Rhinelander WI: > Winston (Tiffani) Hubbard of lady lake, FL. Jerrod Hubbard of Tampa, FL & four great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In honor and celebration of his life, a private, family gathering will be held.
In lieu of floweres the family asked that a donation be made in memory of Glenn to your local hospice organization.
