in honor of George.

George was one of the kindest men I have ever known. He was my neighbor, my handyman and my friend. If I needed him for anything, no matter what time of day or night, he would be at my door. Tools in hand, ready to fix whatever it was. He was so generous too. A lot of the time, he wouldn´t take any money for the work. The last few weeks of his life he talked to me a lot about his past. I loved hearing about how he grew up and all the things he accomplished over the years. I loved him and I will miss him so much.

Grandpa taught me to blow on bottles to make music. He took me on a ride on his Harley when I was little, maybe five. He was always quiet and kind and strong. I knew I never had to raise my voice to be powerful thanks to him.
