Fran Carol Gartner's Obituary
Fran Carol Gartner, 57, of Palm Coast, FL, passed away on February 17, 2025. Fran was born on April 16, 1967 in The Bronx, NY, to her loving parents: Terry and Elaine (Kamsler) Dratt.
Fran was of the Jewish faith and became a resident of Florida in August of 1997. She worked for many years as an Accounting Technician and enjoyed spending her time with friends and family; taking cruises, exploring beaches, wineries, and pastry shops as well as doing arts and crafts.
Fran was a very supporting, kindhearted and loving mother to her two children; Matthew David Gartner and Joseph Terry Gartner, sister to John and Liz Camerin, daughter to Elaine and friend to many she leaves behind.
Fran is preceded in death by her father, Terry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or Temple Shalom of Central Florida in Oxford, FL.
