Evelyn Chapman Schofield's Obituary
Evelyn Chapman Schofield, 90, passed away peacefully on Independence Day at home after a long illness. Evelyn was a very successful career woman, talented tailor, singer, actress and comedienne. She was a founding member of Corpus Christi Episcopal Church in Okahumpka, Florida. She is survived by her loving daughter Patricia Killam son-in-law Richard Wenger, sister Muriel Chapman, nieces Marybeth Zuckerberg and Amy Schmaelzle and nephew Daniel Schmaelzle. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 3:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corpus Christi Episcopal Church at 3430 C.R. 470 Okahumpka, FL 34762 or Cornerstone Hospice at 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
